OURHistory

Individualised Lifestyle Support Services

Established in 2019, Individualised Lifestyle Support Services (ILS Services) evolved as a result of frustration in sourcing community services for family members, combined with the forging of common experiences and altruistic interests, including a desire to make a difference to those most vulnerable in our community. 

Our vision remains to provide our clients with a truly personalised, individualised service, where we go above and beyond, so each person will know they matter, that there is meaning and purpose to our relationships as we journey together, towards individual goals and aspirations. ILS Services is an inclusive employer and aims to be an employer of choice, ensuring work life balance, flexible working arrangements and good remuneration and benefits to our employees.

Currently operating across various sites in Brisbane, our core business is Disability Accommodation Services, providing short term (STA)  medium term (MTA),  individual living options (ILO)  and supported independent living (SIL).  Other services include social and community assistance, day activities and support coordination.
